  • Prepares cakes and pastries for the show case of the various food outlets and ensures that they are delivered on time. Keeps constant check to refill it  again.
  • Produces dessert for various banquets and is responsible for nice set-up buffets  cocktail parties as per function sheet. Total knowledge of Food Preparation Standard and Procedure.
  • Makes daily requisition and transfer sheets.
  • Prepares special desserts under the supervision of the Executive Chef for promotions.
  • Responsible  for cleaning and maintaining work and equipment and makes sure his working area is clean at all times.Responsible for fresh production of bread, rolls and pastries ready for breakfast, lunch, dinner for all Outlets
