Make use of their reviews by displaying them as testimonials on your hotel website. This will help to encourage more new guests to make bookings at your hotel. Use our Softinn CMS to add guest testimonials to your website.

Steps to Add Guests Testimonials to your hotel website using Softinn CMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 2 : Select the right property.
Step 3 : Click on your email ID on the top right of the page.
Step 4 : Click “Go to CMS”. You will be automatically logged-in to Softinn CMS.
Step 5 : Click “Testimonial”
PART 1 : Adding Guests Testimonials from Walk-in or Other Sources
Step 1 : Click “Add Testimonial”.
Step 2 : Insert Guest’s Name.
Step 3 : Insert the Source of Testimonial.
Step 4 : Insert the Testimonial as provided by guest.
Step 5 : Select Date of Testimonial.
Step 6 : Click “Save Changes”. The Testimonial is now in the Testimonial List
Step 7 : Open the hotel website to check for the newly added Testimonial. The New Testimonial is now featured on the website.
PART 2 : Featuring Testimonials from Google Place Review
This is applicable to your hotel if you provided Google Place ID to Softinn. Testimonials on your hotel are auto-updated weekly from Google. You can Hide/Unhide Testimonials received from Google on your website.
Step 1 : Select a Testimonial from Google (with blue label).
Step 2 : Click the Green button.
Step 3 : Click “Yes” to hide the testimonial.
Step 4 : Refresh the website page. The Testimonial is no longer featured on the website.
Step 5 : To Unhide the Testimonial, click the Grey button.
Step 6 : Click “Yes” to feature it in the website.
Step 7 : Refresh the website page. The Testimonial is now featured on the website.
