How to Add Users to Co-Manage Softinn Extranet?

Softinn Extranet enables our merchant to add multiple users with different level of control, either to help you co-manage the Extranet or just to view the booking information to ease your workload and make your business operation more efficient.

 

Add Users to Co-Manage With You


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1: Login to booking.mysoftinn.com

Step 2: Click “MORE”

Step 3: Click “Manage User”

Step 4: Click “+Add New User”

Step 5: Add the user’s email address & assign the user’s role (NOTE: Refer to the table below for different level user roles)

Step 6: Get the user to check email and activate the account within 24hours upon invitation.
