How to Add New Users to Softinn Extranet?

For homestay or hotel admin, you are able to add more than 1 user (email) to manage your properties.

Softinn Extranet enables you as a merchant to add multiple users with different level of control, either to help you manage all the information in the Extranet or just view the information to ease your workload and make your business operation more efficient.

Steps to Add New User


Step 1. Log in to Softinn Extranet – booking.mysoftinn.com

Step 2. Select ‘More’chooseUsers’ from the drop-down menu. (May refer below picture)

Step 3. Click on ‘Add User Access’. (Refer picture below).

Step 4. Insert the email that you want to give access to.
Note: Please refer table below (Softinn Extranet Access Level) for the difference between Role.

Step 5. Click ‘Save changes’. An invitation email will be sent out, please activate the account in 24 hours.
