If you want to add another user into Softinn Extranet, please refer to the guideline below.
Steps to Add New User
1. Log in to Softinn Extranet (booking.mysoftinn.com), you will be directed to the ‘Home’ page.
2. Click on ‘More’ and a list of options will appear. You can choose ‘Users’.
3. Then, you will be directed to the ‘Users’ page (picture below). Click on ‘Add User Access’.
4. On the pop-up window – Add User Access (shown below), key in the user’s email address and assign a role for the user.
5. Click ‘Save changes’. An invitation email will be sent to the person you invited.
- Can manage the calendar in Softinn Extranet.
- Receive emails whenever there is new booking comes in.
