Hello Softinn PMS user. Wondering what is the difference when received bookings from Softinn Booking Engine and from other Booking Source?
For booking coming from Softinn, our PMS will auto-fill the booking and guest details for you. You just need to assign a room for those bookings that come from Softinn Booking Engine.

Steps to Assign Room for Bookings Received from Softinn in Softinn PMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS
Step 2 : Click ‘ROOM’
Step 3 : Choose ‘Assign Room (Softinn booking only)’
Step 4 : Click on the booking which show ‘New’ in status. It means that this booking is new and you need to assign a room number to it
Step 5 : Choose & assign room for the respective booking
Step 6 : Once done, click ‘Save & Assign Rooms’. Booking status will change from ‘New’ to ‘Assigned’, it means that you have successfully assigned a room for that booking
Step 7 : Go to ‘RESERVATION’ and you will be able to see the respective booking reservation. For bookings received from Softinn, details of booking and guest will be pre-filled by system.
(**NOTE: Booking from Softinn Booking Engine will only be auto-loaded to ‘RESERVATION’ page after you assigned a room for that booking)
Step 8 : Click on the ‘pencil’ icon if you want to add a comment, make any changes/ amendments for the booking. Click on ‘Guest list’ if you want to edit guest’s details
Step 9 : Remember to ‘Save Reservation’ once you have done editing
