Hello Softinn Subscribers! Softinn offers flexibility to our Subscribers to choose which booking payment setting he/she prefers to use. The flexibility is only offered to our merchants who have paid for Softinn’s subscription plan (exclude free and trial plans). There are 3 options in booking payment setting, which are as below:
- “Collected by Softinn”
- “Collected by Host (You)”
- “Collected by Booking Payment Gateways”

If you choose “Collected by Softinn”, then it requires a bank details setup on your Extranet account. We need your bank account details for booking payment settlement during merchant payout later. FYI, Account & Bank Account Details can only be setup ONCE. Any amendment requires you to contact Softinn.

Steps to Setup Bank Account Details for Payment “Collected by Softinn” on Extranet:
Follow the guidelines below:
PART 1: How to Setup Bank Account Details for Payment “Collected by Softinn” on Extranet
Step 2 : Select the right property
Step 3 : Click on “MORE”
Step 4 : Choose “Payment Gateway Settings”
Step 5 : Click the “Collected by Softinn”
Step 6: Fill in your Account and Bank Details
Step 7: Insert your Identification Number (IC) if you are a Personal/Home Owner. Insert your company registration number if you run a it as business/company.
Step 8 : Pick the right Country Code for Phone Number. Insert your phone number with the first digit after 0. No need to put 0.
Step 9 : Select the specific bank name for conventional or Islamic bank. (Eg. Maybank & Maybank Islamic)
Step 10 : Insert your Bank Account Number
Step 11 : Insert Bank Account Holder Name for your Bank Account.
Step 12 : Select “Yes” if you are the property owner. Select “No” to include Person-In-Charge details.
Step 13 : Make sure all details are correct.
Step 14 : Click “Save Changes“
Step 15 : Click “Yes, Update it!”
PART 2: Where to View your Account & Bank Account Details
Step 1: After you login to your Extranet account , on the top right corner of the homepage, click on your “Email ID”
Step 2: Click “Account Details”
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom to view Bank Details. You cannot edit your account details. To edit, please notify us via chatbox or email to email@example.com
Step 4: For example, if you use the chatbox on Extranet, Click the Chatbox at the bottom right of the page to start a chat with us. Write your request, i.e. to update your account and bank details
NOTE: Please leave your Email Address if you are contacting us outside our office hours (Office hour: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm)
