Introduction to Reservation Form in Softinn PMS (Old Reservation Form)

Introduction to Reservation Form in Softinn PMS:

With the new reservation form design, here are the new features and functions:

  1. You could add the payment for all rooms or selected rooms on Reservation Form.
    • Remember to click “Add This Payment” button to save the payment details
  2. Transfer From Advance Deposit” button will be visible on the Payment tab which is applicable for the guest that has paid an Advance Deposit to Hotel
  3. You could add the refundable security deposit for all rooms or selected rooms on Reservation Form
    • Remember to click “Add This Deposit” button to save the refundable security deposit details
  4. When you editing the Room Details for the specific room, the room tab will be in the yellow highlighted color.
  5. The summary page is made available to view the Booking Details, Main Contacts Details, and Room Details.

With the new reservation form, what shall still remain the same are as below:

  1. You will still be able to add or edit the guest details on the Reservation Form
  2. You could still duplicate or add the multiple rooms for the group reservation
  3. You could still cancel the reservation on the Reservation Form
  4. You could still view the Total Charges, Total Payment, Total Balance, and Total Refundable Security Deposit.
