Review & Edit Refundable Security Deposit & Cancellation Policy on Extranet
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1: Login to booking.mysoftinn.com
Step 2: Click “MORE”
Step 3: Click “Property Overview”
Step 4: At “Security Deposit” section, select “YES” or “NO” from drop down column to indicate if you required security deposit from guest upon they check in. If yes, then please put an absolute amount at the amount column.
Step 5: Save changes once done.
Step 6: Next, at “Cancellation Policy” section, define your cancellation policy/ rules.
“Default” is for those with simple and straightforward policy.
“Advanced” is for those with stricter or more level of cancellation policy. You can add “No Show” policy, if you have one.
You can have policy such as: No refund, Partial refund by %, First Night, Full Refund, & No-Show.
Define your own.
Step 7: Save changes once done.
Your policies will be showing to your guest upon their booking.
So, please make sure you login and update your policies accordingly to avoid unnecessary dispute.
