This month’s update is relatively simpler as we prepare for more excitement in the releases to come. Nevertheless, it has been a fruitful month of August for our team. We bring to you PMS Room Profile and minor updates in our product user interface.
First and foremost, our Fat Boy mascot will make more appearances on Softinn PMS. You will see him if there are no records or data for us to display to you. We decided to make this upgrade to spice things up.
If you are our Softinn PMS users, you will be able to view a more detailed usage report for each room on your property. The Room Profile page is designed to report to you the number of reservations assigned to the room you have selected, as well as the sales made, the number of cleaning tasks, and work orders. You will be able to see the performance of each room. The total number of reservations made can be tallied to your Sales Report with Collections.
In addition to the above, you can also view the room usage history provided on the page. Room usage history will provide you with the date and time when reservations check into the room, check out of the room, and when the room was cleaned or maintained.
We decided to give Softinn CMS a small update this month. If you are our CMS user, you will see the changes in the sidebar and slight changes in the layout.
We are planning more updates for Softinn CMS in the months to come. Do keep an eye out!
