This month, we’re excited to introduce the preview of Softinn Task — a brand-new home for your housekeeping and maintenance operations. Reimagined from the ground up, Softinn Task is designed to provide a smoother and more intuitive experience for hotel teams, while also supporting modern operational models such as outsourced housekeeping services.
At the same time, we’re continuing to enhance our Channel Manager with ongoing upgrades focused on improving connectivity, reliability, and day-to-day efficiency for hotel operators. More improvements are on the way as we continue building tools that help hotels run smarter and faster.

The new booking engine is here. This is a preview of the new booking engine. We’ve announced the launch of the hotel-facing UI a few months back. Log in to the booking engine v5 extranet here. Softinn will retire the booking engine v4 by 30.April.2026 31.May.2026 (extended dateline).
