This month, we’re proud to launch Adam, our first AI-powered feature and the reservation agent we teased earlier this year. Adam handles guest booking inquiries around the clock, answers questions about your rooms and rates, and guides guests towards completing a direct reservation — so your team spends less time on repetitive chat and more time on service.

- Disabled actions in Task Module related pages so you cannot make accidental changes while maintenance updates are in progress.

- Lost and found report show date of day & display report creation time on ‘Date Reported’ column so you know the exact day and time an item was recorded.
- Auto select ‘NeedInspection’ if an ‘Inspect’ housekeeping task created so rooms are automatically flagged for review without manual effort.
- Disable user to create an ‘Inspect’ housekeeping task without ‘NeedInspection’ selected so invalid inspection requests cannot be submitted by mistake.
- Enable housekeeper / technician / inspector to add lost and found by selecting location so staff on the floor can log misplaced items quickly from anywhere in the property.
