Hi fellow hoteliers, hotel and homestay owner! If you are newly signed-up to Softinn Extranet, you must have already set up your bank account details to Extranet. But how can you double-check if the bank account details inserted is correct, especially when the setup was not done by you? You can do so through email.
Cross-checking your bank account details can be done once your property receives the first and second paid booking. An email will be sent from Softinn for you to check your bank account details.

Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : You will get an email from Softinn when you receive your first and second paid bookings. The email will be sent to the primary email you’ve set on Extranet. The email will show your Hotel Name, Bank Name, Account Holder Name and Account No.
Step 2 : The amount of paid booking will be shown.
Step 3 : Check that the bank information is correct.
Step 4 : If the bank information is incorrect, reply to the email with the correct bank information.
Step 5 : Ignore the email if the information is already correct.
