Hello! We close the month of September with product updates v3.9.0. This version updates focused mainly on our Softinn PMS user interface upgrades and bug fixes.
If you are using our Softinn PMS, you will find that the Home page has been upgraded. The Arrival, Departure, and In-House Guest Lists have been redone to look the same as their corresponding pages. We believe that this will give you a better experience and give you more options on how you can use our product.
You can click on the ‘i’ icon next to view further details. You will be redirected to the respective pages.
Another change that you will find on the PMS Dashboard Guest Arrival List and the PMS Guest Arrival page is the change in the cleaning task icons. We have decided to replace the cleaning task status with room status on these lists. Worry not, cleaning task status is also reported on these lists. The broomstick icon marks if the room is dirty or cleaning is in progress.
The PMS Housekeeping module has been added to activity logs. All activities, such as creating new cleaning tasks, updating status, and removing cleaning tasks, through the PMS Housekeeping page will be logged. You can find them on the Activity Logs page.
