These updates are designed to make your day-to-day tasks more efficient and accurate, ensuring that your hotel runs smoother than ever before. Here are the details of the update:
1. PMS Booking Lead Time Report
Unlocking Booking Insights
Our new PMS Booking Lead Time Report is important when it comes to understanding your booking patterns. It generates charts and tables of the number of bookings based on how many days before the arrival date they were made.
Not only that, but it also provides insights into the average lead time, total reservations, average revenue, and total revenue for each room type, nationality, or booking source. This report has been developed in response to your requests, and we’re excited to finally bring it to you.

2. Payment Account Selection for Folio Balance Transfer
Enhanced Control Over Finances
We’ve listened to your feedback and are pleased to announce an enhancement to our guest folio.
As you can see, now when transferring folio balance, you have the option to select the payment method and payment account. This allows you to have more precise reporting. You can now ensure the correct payment method and account is selected 100% of the time, leading to improved accuracy and financial tracking within your property management system.

3. Edit Allocation Option Removal for Completed Work Orders
A Safer and More Efficient Workflow
In the interest of operational accuracy and safeguarding against potential errors, we’ve made an adjustment to the PMS Calendar, specifically regarding work orders. Work orders can no longer be edited once they have been completed or abandoned. However, they can still be removed to free up the allocation for other purposes.
This change serves as a safeguard against accidental changes to both completed and abandoned work orders. By preventing edits to the duration of the work orders, we can ensure that the completed work orders remain intact, and the integrity of your records remains secure. If a change is required, however, you can still remove the allocation to free up the room, giving you control over your operations.
