BE Max Guest Control – Tailoring Booking Experiences

A New Dimension of Booking Engine Customization

We are excited to introduce BE Max Guest Control, a feature crafted exclusively for our Extranet users. Here’s what you can expect:

Booking Engine Setting Empowerment: Head to the Booking Engine Setting page to enjoy a new level of control. Now, you can set restrictions on the number of guests for each room type, giving you the flexibility to tailor your booking engine to your property’s unique requirements.

Room-Level Customization: On the Room page, take charge of individual rooms by editing and specifying the maximum number of adults and children allowed. You can even choose whether children can occupy adult slots for added flexibility.
Seamless Transition: As we roll out BE Max Guest Control, your existing max guest settings will be automatically converted to max adults, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to your operations.

Guest Input Warnings: Enhance the booking experience for your guests. On the Booking Engine, guests can now specify the number of adults and children in their party. Real-time warnings will alert them if their chosen room selections exceed the maximum values set by your hotel.
