There might have been an unavoidable situation where you had to postpone your vacation, so the Hotel might offer you a cash voucher whereby the value is equivalent to your booking sum.

With the cash voucher, you could make a new booking on your preferred check-in date to the Hotel that provided the cash voucher to you.

You could use the cash voucher for you to make the new booking whereby the amount could be higher, equivalent, or lesser than the cash voucher value that you’ve received.

Steps to Use Booking Cash Voucher Received from Hotel (When the Booking Sum is higher than Cash Voucher Value) :

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Hotel Booking Engine page.

Step 2 : Select the preferred check-in and check-out date.

Step 3 : Select the preferred Room Type.

Step 4 : Insert the required details; email address, full name, nationality, mobile number, and no. of pax.

Step 5 : Apply the cash voucher code received from the hotel.

• Let’s say the booking amount is RM280.00
• The cash voucher that you’ve received from Hotel is RM250.00
• The outstanding balance you’ll need to pay is RM30.00

Step 6 : Click “Continue“.

Step 7 : On the “Payment” page for Hotel Booking Engine, proceed to make a payment of the outstanding balance by selected the preferred Payment Method.

After the payment has successfully transacted, the guest will receive the new booking ticket confirmation by email.

Steps to Use Booking Cash Voucher Received from Hotel (When the Booking Sum is equivalent or lesser than Cash Voucher Value) :

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Hotel Booking Engine page

Step 2 : Select the preferred check-in and check-out date

Step 3 : Select the preferred Room Type

Step 4 : Insert the required details; email address, full name, nationality, mobile number, and no. of pax

Step 5 :  Apply the cash voucher received from the hotel. 

• Let’s say the booking amount is RM200.00
• The cash voucher that you’ve received from Hotel is RM200.00
• The balance amount will show as RM 0.00

Step 6 : Click “Continue“

Step 7 : On the “Payment” page, guests need to click “Reserve Now, Pay Later“

• Kindly note that this option is only applicable for hotels that use the “Collected by Softinn” payment mode.

Step 8 : Guests will need to send an email to booking@mysoftinn.com within 12 hours after clicking the reserve button with the following details: Voucher code and reservation code.
