Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click on ‘Rate & Availability’ to go to ‘Table View’.

Step 4 : You can either click on the ‘Option’ icon and choose ‘Quick Update’ button or just click on ‘Bulk Edit’ of the selected room type.

Step 5 : Make sure that the setting is set to ‘Availability’. Then, you may proceed to update the availability and choose the specific date.

Step 6 : After that, select ‘Apply to all days within range‘ option.

Step 7 : On the ‘Room’ section, make sure the room type is correct.

Step 8 : Once done, click on the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.
