Hi fellow Indonesian subscribers! To collect booking payment from your guests, Softinn offers 3 options to our subscribers in booking payment setting, which are as below:

(1) Collected by Softinn;  (2) Collected by You (Host);  (3) Collected by You using Payment Gateway.

With the 3rd option: Collected by You using Payment Gateway, it means the booking payment from guests will be made directly to your payment gateway account without delay.

However, to collect payment using a payment gateway account, you would first need to apply from one of the payment gateway service providers.

How to Apply for Payment Gateway Account with Midtrans in Softinn Account Portal?

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Account Portal.

Step 2 : Select the right property.

Step 3 : Go to ‘Other Setup’.

Step 4 : Search for ‘Payment Gateway’.

Step 5 : Click ‘Midtrans’ to setup the payment gateway.

Step 6 : Click ‘Learn Now’ to view the guide on how to apply for a Midtrans account, if you do not have an account yet.

Step 7: Click here to apply : https://page.mysoftinn.com/register-midtrans

Step 8: Fill in & Submit the form online

Step 9: Receive email and/or call from Midtrans to guide you on the application

Step 10: Submit application form and required documents to Midtrans

Step 11: Wait for Midtrans’s & its bank’s approval.
NOTE: Midtrans and its partnering bank may need 14 working days to process & approve your application.

Step 12: Receive Merchant ID, Client Key & Server Key from Midtrans in email.

Step 13: Once you get the Merchant ID, Client Key and Server key from Midtrans, on the Live section, click ‘Edit’.

Step 14 : Once done, click ‘Save’.

Step 15 : After you have setup your payment gateway account, remember to turn on the payment gateway on :

1. Softinn Extranet to use the payment gateway for booking collections
2. Softinn PMS to use online payment gateway to collect payments

Notes : You may click ‘Test Live’ to test the payment page with Midtrans.
