Steps to Create and Edit Your Hotel Privacy Policy on Softinn CMS:
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet
Step 2 : Select the right property
Step 3 : Click on your email ID on the top right of the page.
Step 4 : Click “Go to CMS”. You will be redirected to the Softinn CMS Dashboard.
Step 5 : On the left panel, click “Hotel”.
Step 6 : Go to “Privacy Policy“.
Step 7 : Click “Add” button to add your hotel privacy policy
Step 8 : Once done, click “Save” to save changes.
Step 9 : To edit your hotel privacy policy, click “Edit” button to edit the content.
Step 10 : Click “Save” to save changes
If you are also a Softinn BE user, you may use this privacy policy on your direct booking engine too.
Step 11 : Click on “URL” to copy the URL link to the hotel privacy policy on your website.
Step 12 : Click on “Booking Engine Settings” to go to the Customize Booking Engine page on Softinn Extranet.
Step 13 : Under Privacy Policy section, turn on the toggle and paste the link here.
Step 14 : Once done, click “Save Changes“.
The Privacy Policy on your Direct Booking Engine is now linked to your Hotel Privacy Policy on your Hotel Website.
