Hi Softinn Subscribers! So you have already chosen to self-collect your booking payment using payment gateway? Great! But do you know that you are able to select your own payment gateway labels and icons that will appear to your guest on your payment page?

Icons of credit cards like Mastercard and Visa, e-Wallets such as Grabpay and Boost, and online banking like FPX, Maybank2U and more are available for you to choose. Your guests can easily click on these icons while making payment for bookings on your property.

Steps to Customise Payment Gateway Labels & Icons on Extranet:

Follow the guidelines below: 

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Go to ‘Other Setup’

Step 4 :  Search for Payment Gateway.

Step 5 : Make sure you’ve already selected ‘Collected by You (Using Payment Gateway)’ booking payment collection method. 

Step 6: Click on an active payment gateway. For example, click on ‘eGHL’. 

Step 7: You may customize your label. For example, Credit Card.

Step 8: After that, you can choose the displaying icons.

The changes you made will appear in the preview. Selected icons will appear in the preview.

Step 9: Once done, click ‘Save’.
