Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Log in to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the right property.

Step 3 : Click on  ‘Rates & Availability’ and select Table View page to go to Rates & Availability page.

Step 4 : You can either click on the ‘Bulk Update‘ button or just click on the ‘Bulk Update‘ icon next to the rate plan of chosen room type.

Step 5 : Make sure that the selling status is set to ‘Rates’. Then, you may update the rates.

Step 6 : On the Room & Rate Plan, make sure it is “Selected Room Type – Correct Rates Plan”. You may select more than one Rate Plan, if needed.

Step 7 : Select “Apply to selected days and public holidays” option

• If you would like to update only weekdays or weekends within the date range. You may choose to ‘Apply to selected days only’ and select the days accordingly.
• On the other hand, If you would like to update only public holidays within the date range. You may choose to ‘Apply to public holidays only’.

Step 8 : Once done, click ‘Save’ button to save the changes.

You shall see the changes reflected on the Table View page.
