How to Manage and Edit the Room Rates

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Log in to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click on  ‘Rates & Availability’ and go to the Table View page.

• On this page, you will be able to manage and edit the room rates.

Step 4 : You can either click on the ‘Quick Update‘ button or just click on the ‘Bulk Edit‘ icon next to the rate plan of chosen room type

Step 5 : Make sure that the setting is set to ‘Rates‘. Then, proceed to update the rate and choose the date range

Step 6 : Select “Apply to all days within range” option.

Step 7 : On the Room & Rate Plan, make sure it is “Selected Room Type – Correct Rates Plan”.

Step 8 : Once done, click on the ‘Save‘ button to save the changes.

You shall see the changes reflected on the Table View page.
