Remove Stop Sell for Hotel to Receive Bookings
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Log in to Softinn Extranet
Step 2 : Select the right property.
Step 3 : Click on ‘Rates & Availability’ and select Table View page to go to Rates & Availability page.
Step 4 : You can either click on the ‘Bulk Update‘ button or just click on the ‘Bulk Update‘ icon next to the rate plan of chosen room type.
Step 5 : Make sure that the selling status is set to ‘Selling’.
Step 6 : On the Room & Rate Plan, make sure it is “Selected Room Type – Correct Rates Plan”. You may select more than one Rate Plan, if needed.
Step 7 : Select “Apply to all days within range” option
- If you wish to select different dates which are not in a range, you may turn on the toggle for Multiple Date.
- Then, select the dates accordingly. You can select up to 10 different dates.
Step 8 : Once done, click ‘Save’ button to save the changes.
You shall see the changes reflected on the Table View page. The selected date will be no longer in Red color when Stop sell feature has been removed.
