How to Setup & Allocate Room Tag to Each of Your Rooms on Softinn Account Portal (For PMS Users)?
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn Account Portal.
Step 2 : Choose the right property.
Step 3 : Click on ‘Other Setup’.
Step 4 : Search for ‘Room Tag’.
Step 5 : You will see a list of room tags created by the users, if any.
Step 6 : Click ‘Add Room Tag’.
Step 7 : You may add the room tag code and name your room tag.
Step 8 : Then, choose a color or insert a Hex Color code for your room tag.
Step 9 : Once done, click ‘Save’.
Step 10 : Repeat the steps to setup more room tag.
Step 11 : After creating the room tag, you may edit, deactivate or delete the room tag.
Step 12 : To allocate room tags to each of your rooms, go to ‘Room Type’.
Step 13 : Select one Room Type and Click ‘Edit Room No’.
Step 14 : Edit the Room that you wish to add room tags.
Step 15 : Now, you may add the room tags accordingly.
Step 16 : Once done, click ‘Save’.
Step 17 : The tags will be shown once you save changes. You will not be able to allocate those room tags which you have deactivated or deleted.
