How to Setup Issuer info and MyInvois Client ID or Secret on Softinn Account Portal?

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Account Portal.

Step 2 : Go to ‘Other Setup’, then search for ‘e-Invoice’.

Step 3 : Click on the ‘User Guide’ on the top right for a step-by-step guide on MyInvois Portal to obtain the information needed for the setup.

Step 4 : Fill in the Issuer Information or click ‘Paste from my account details’ to paste the hotel information from the Softinn Account detail page.

Step 5 : Click ‘Save Changes’.

Step 6 : Click on the ‘MyInvoice Client ID / Secret’ tab.

Step 7 : Fill in your Client ID and Client Secret that you obtained after registering Softinn as ERP from MyInvois Portal.

Step 8 : Click ‘Save Changes’.

**NOTE: If you are not sure how to register for ERP, you may click on the ‘Guide’ button on the top right for the guide on how to register ERP and Obtain Client ID / Secret ID on MyInvois Portal.

**NOTE: By default, only Lodge Owner will have full access to the e-Invoice Setting page. Please reach out to your hotel supervisor to grant you full access to this page, if needed.
