How to Setup the Default Check-In & Check-Out Time and Weekend Setting on Softinn Account Portal?
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn Account Portal.
Step 2 : Select the right property.
Step 3 : Go to ‘Other Setup’.
Step 4 : Click on General Information.
Step 5 : You can setup your property description, security deposit, Check-in/ Out Time and Weekend Settings here.
Step 6 : Then, click on the ‘Edit’ button to edit the general information.
Part 1 : How to Setup Check-in & Check-Out Time.
Step 1 : To set up the default check-in & check-out time, go to the Check-In Time and Check-Out Time section.
Step 2 : Set your default Check-In Time and Check-Out Time.
Part 2 : How to Setup Weekend Settings.
Step 1 : Go to the ‘Weekend Settings’ section.
Step 2 : You may select the days that you define as Weekend for your Hotel. For Example, Friday and Saturday.
Step 3 : Once done, click ‘Save’.
Note : The days you have selected will be set as the weekend in your inventory settings.
Go to BE Inventory or PMS Inventory page, you’ll see that the weekend days are set to Friday and Saturday. The weekend rates will also be applied to these defined weekend days.
