How to Stop Sell a Specific Date for A Room Type

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Log in to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click on  ‘Rates & Availability’ and select Table View page to go to Rates & Availability page.

Method 1 : ‘Bulk Update’ Button

Step 1 : You can either click on the ‘Bulk Update‘ button or just click on the ‘Bulk Update‘ icon next to the rate plan of chosen room type

Step 2 : Make sure that the selling status is set to ‘Stop Sell’.

Step 3 : On the Room & Rate Plan, make sure it is “Selected Room Type – Correct Rates Plan”

Step 4 : Select “Apply to all days within range” option

• If you wish to select different dates which are not in a range, you may turn on the toggle for Multiple Date.
• Then, select the dates accordingly. You can select up to 10 different dates.

Step 5 : Once done, click ‘Save’ button to save the changes.

Method 2 : Select date from the Table

Step 1 : You can select the rate of the specific date on the table that you wish to update.

Step 2 : It can be a date range or a specific date.

Step 2 : Then, set the selling status to ‘Stop Sell’ and click ‘Save’.

You shall see the changes reflected on the Table View page. The selected date will be in Red color when Stop sell has been enabled.
