Hello Softinn CMS user!

Your hotel may have recently changed the interior of hotel rooms. They now look stunning, and you wish to update the room photos to your hotel website.

You can update those new room photos easily to your hotel website using Softinn CMS. Photo of other services provided by your hotel can be updated to the hotel website gallery page as well using Softinn CMS.

Steps to Update Photo of Hotel & Services on Your Hotel Website Using Softinn CMS:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click on your email ID on the top right of the page.

Step 4 : Click “Go to CMS”.  You will be automatically logged-in to Softinn CMS.

Step 5 : On the left panel, click on “Photo Gallery“

PART 1 : Updating a Room Type Photo

Step 1 : Click “Rooms” icon or scroll down to “Rooms” section.

Step 2 : Choose Room Type (Eg: King Bed Room)

Step 3 : Click “Manage“

Notes:

• There are some tips and tricks to make your website more attractive on top of the page. Click on the buttons to know more. Alternatively, click on the “Hide Tips” button to hide the tips.

Step 4 : Click on “Click to upload” or drop the photos.

Step 5 : Click “Sort Photos” to sort the order of the photos.

Step 6 : Click “Save Order”.

Step 7 : One you have made the necessary changes, click “Publish Website” to publish the changes to your hotel website

Step 8 : Open the hotel website to check for the uploaded photos.

Step 9 : Click “Gallery”.

Step 10 : Click “Room”. The photos are now in “Room” gallery.

Step 11 : Click “Rooms” and “King Bed Room”. The Photos appear as slides on “King Bed Room” page.

PART 2 : Updating Hotel Services Photo

Step 1 : Click “Facilities“ or scroll down to “Facilities” section. 

Step 2 : Click “Manage”.

Step 3 : Click on “Click to upload” or drop the photos.

Step 4 : Click “Sort Photos” to sort the order of the photos.

Step 5 : Click “Save Order”.

Step 6 : One you have made the necessary changes, click “Publish Website” to publish the changes to your hotel website

Step 7 : Open the hotel website.

Step 8 : Click “Gallery”.

Step 9 : Click “Facility”. The photos are now in “Facility” gallery.

Nice and updated photos to your hotel website would look attractive and convincing to your guest.
