Steps to Check Your Direct Booking Contact Analytics:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to your Softinn Extranet account.

Step 2 : Select the right property.

Step 3 : Go to “Other Setup“.

Step 4 : Click on “Direct Booking Contact”.

Step 5 : Select the date range you want to track.

Step 6 : You can view the number of clicks for each direct contact method.

Steo 6 : You can find the Total Page Views for your direct Booking Engine too.

Step 8 : The analytics table on the right hand side of the screen shows you the click analytics by day.

Step 9 : You can scroll down the page to the contact mode section and update the details and methods based on your preferences.

• You may turn the contact method on or off as you wish.

NOTE: Click analytics can only be tracked for the contact methods that you turned on.
