Steps to Download Subscription Invoice / Receipt from Account Portal:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1: Login to Softinn Account Portal.

Step 2: Select the right property.

Step 3: Click the “Subscription” tab.

Step 4: If you have subscribed and paid for the plan, it will show up here.

Step 5: You will be able to see your expiry date and upcoming renewal subscription fee of your plan.

Step 6: You can get your paid invoice or receipt here.
