Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Log in to Softinn Extranet.

Step 2 : Go to ‘Other Setup’.

Step 3 : Search for Cancellation Policy. By default, Softinn System has automatically created a default cancellation policy for you.

Step 4 : If you wish to edit the cancellation policy, click ‘Action’, click ‘Edit’

Step 5 : Once done, click ‘Save’.
