Softinn Booking Engine is now integrated with LHDN to help streamline hotel e-invoicing processes.
If you are also using Softinn PMS, your guest can only request for e-Invoice from the Tax Invoice you send them from Softinn PMS.

Where to View List of e-Invoice Requested and the Status on Softinn Extranet?
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet.
Step 2 : Go to ‘E-Invoice’, then click on ‘e-Invoice List’.
Step 3 : Filter the list by the e-Invoice Status, if needed.
Step 4 : Click on the Invoice Number to view the details.
Step 5: Click on ‘Update Status’ on the top right to refresh the status.
**NOTE:
- Submitted status means the e-invoice has passed initial structure validations but is still pending additional validations to be completed by LHDN.
- Valid status means the e-invoice has been validated successfully by LHDN.
- Invalid status means there’s validation issues on the e-Invoice submitted. You might need to reach out to your guests if they have submitted wrong information when requesting for e-invoice.
- Cancelled status means the e-Invoice has been cancelled by the issuer.
**NOTE: By default, only Lodge Owner will have full access to the e-Invoice Details page. Please reach out to your hotel supervisor to grant you full access, if needed.
