How to Add Important Notes to Guest on Softinn Account Portal (For BE Users)?
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn Account Portal.
Step 2 : Select the right property.
Step 3 : Click on ‘Room Type’.
Step 4 : Pick the room type which you would like to add the information to.
Step 5 : Then, click on ‘Action’ and select ‘Edit’.
Step 6 : Insert the important notes for guest.
Step 7 : Once done, click ‘Save’.
Step 8 : Let’s see what your guest will see on the booking page.
Step 9 : Choose your preferred date, and the number of guests.
Step 10 : Click ‘Check Price‘.
Step 11 : Choose the room type, and click the ‘View Rates’ button to check the price. Then, click ‘Book Room’.
Step 12 : The important notes for guests will pop-out.
Step 13 : If your hotel has any special promotion, it will pop-out a notification too.
Step 14 : If you wish to book additional rooms, click on ‘Add More Rooms’.
Step 15 : Choose the room types, and click ‘Book Room’.
Step 16 : Then, click ‘Continue’.
Step 17 : Fill in your personal details.
Step 18 : After you have made the payment, you will be redirected to this page.
Step 19 : From this page, you can see all the important notes of specific room.
