In this guide, we will show How to Add New Room Type on Softinn Account Portal.

How to Add New Room Type on Softinn Account Portal?

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Account Portal.

Step 2 : Select the right property.

Step 3 : Click on ‘Room Type’.

Step 4 : Then, select ‘Create Room Type’.

Step 5 : You may insert the room type details such as room code, room type name, number of rooms, max adults and children, description and important notes for guests.

Step 6 : You can click to upload the room photos, or just drop the photos to this section.

Step 7 : Once done, you may click on the ‘Eye’ icon to view the photo.

Step 8 : Besides that, you can sort the order of the photos displayed on the listing as you wish too.

Step 9 : Click on ‘Sort Photos’ to sort the order of the photos.

Step 10 : Once done, click “Save” to save the changes.

Step 11 : Lastly, you may select the amenities provided.

Notes : Please make sure to fill up the one with a red asterisk symbol.

Step 12 : Once done, Click on the “Save”.

If you are a Softinn Booking Engine user, you may proceed with the room mapping to the rate plan.

If you are also a Softinn PMS user,  click on “Action” and select ‘Edit Room number’ to set up the room number on Softinn PMS.

Step 13 : Click ‘Add rooms’ to add the room number.

If you are a Softinn CMS user for your hotel website, the new room type will be auto created on Softinn CMS for your website.
