Hello Softinn PMS user & Softinn BE subscriber!

Softinn offers 3 options to our subscribers in booking payment setting, which are as below:

(1) Collected by Softinn;  (2) Collected by You (Host);  (3) Collected by You using Payment Gateway

If you choose to use the 3rd option: Collected by You using Payment Gateway, AND would like to register with eGHL, we provide the following guides for you to apply for payment gateway account with eGHL.

How to Apply for Payment Gateway Account with eGHL in Softinn Account Portal?

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Account Portal.

Step 2 : Select the right property.

Step 3 : Go to ‘Other Setup’.

Step 4 : Search for ‘Payment Gateway’.

Step 5 : Click ‘eGHL’ to setup the payment gateway.

Step 6 : Click ‘Learn Now’ to view the guide on how to apply for an eGHL account, if you do not have an account yet.

Step 7: Click here to apply

Step 8: Fill in & Submit the form online

Step 9: Receive email and/or call from eGHL to guide you on the application

Step 10: Submit application form and required documents to eGHL

Step 11: Wait for eGHL’s & its bank’s approval (usually take around 8-10 weeks for bank’s approval)

Step 12: Receive Service ID & Password from eGHL in email

Step 13 : Once you get the Service ID & Password from eGHL, on the Live section, click ‘Edit’.

Step 14 : Then, fill in the Service ID & Password.
(i) For credit card application eGHL needs 8-10 weeks to process & approve.
(ii) For FPX online banking eGHL needs 7-10 days to process & approve.

Step 15 : Once done, click ‘Save’.

Notes : You may click ‘Test Live’ to test the payment page with eGHL.

Step 16 : After you have setup your payment gateway account, remember to turn on the payment gateway on :

1. Softinn Extranet to use the payment gateway for booking collections
2. Softinn PMS to use online payment gateway to collect payments
