Steps to Change Room Rates for a Specific Date

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click on “Inventory” to go to the Inventory page

Step 4 : You can either click on the “Quick Update” button or just click on the “Green Lightning” icon next to the rate plan of chosen room type

Step 5 : Make sure that the setting is set to “Rates”. Then, proceed to update the rate and choose the specific date

Step 6 : Select “Apply to all days within range” option

Step 6 : On the Room & Rate Plan, make sure it is “Selected Room Type – Correct Rates Plan”

Step 7 : Once done, click on the “Update” button to save the changes
