On Softinn Extranet, you can check and extend promotion expiration on Softinn Extranet. In promo code section you are able to check whether the promotion has expired.

Steps to Check and Extend Promotion Expiration on Softinn Extranet :
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet
Step 2 : Select the correct property
Step 3 : Go to ‘Booking Engine’.
Step 4 : Select ‘Promo Code‘
Step 5 : Under the ‘Expiration’ column, the ‘Expired’ label will be displayed once the promotion has expired.
Step 6 : To edit the promotion validity date, you can click on ‘Action‘ and select the ‘View‘ button
Step 7 : Under Basic Setting section, you can click on ‘Edit‘ button and update the promotion valid end date.
Step 8 : Once done, click ‘Save‘
