How to Edit the Default Number of Rooms to Sell (Default Allotment) on Softinn Account Portal (For BE Users)?


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Account Portal.

Step 2 : Choose the right property.

Step 3 : Click on ‘Room Type’.

Step 4 : In this example, I need to search for the Standard King Room.

Step 5 : Then, click on ‘Action’ and select ‘Edit’.

Step 6 : Update the default number of rooms to sell or default allotment accordingly. In this example, I increase the Default No. of Rooms to Sell from 8 to 10.

Step 7 : Please note that once the changes are done, the default allotment will reset your Max BE Selling unit and the system will help to recalculate the room availability.

Step 8 : Once done, click ‘Save’.

Step 9 : You may proceed to the BE inventory page to check on the changes updated.

Step 10 : In this example, the Max BE Selling Unit and Availability has been updated accordingly on the BE Inventory page.
