How to Edit the Number of Rooms (Built Unit) on Softinn Account Portal?

Hello Softinn PMS user & Softinn Booking Engine subscriber!

In this guide, we will show How to Edit the Number of Rooms Built Unit on Softinn Account Portal.

How to Edit the Number of Rooms (Built Unit) on Softinn Account Portal?


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Account Portal.

Step 2 : Choose the right property.

Step 3 : Click on ‘Room Type’.

Step 4 : In this example, I need to search for the Standard King Room.

Step 5 : Then, click on ‘Action’ and select ‘Edit’.

Step 6 : Update the number for rooms or built unit accordingly.

Step 7 : If you wish to sell the rooms on Softinn Booking Engine, do remember to update the default allotment too.

Step 8 : Please note that once the changes are done, the number of rooms will reset and the system will help to recalculate the room availability accordingly on Softinn Extranet.

Step 9 : Once done, click ‘Save’.

Step 10 : If you are our Softinn PMS users, you may then proceed to add room numbers to the room type.

Step 11 : Click on ‘Action’ and select ‘Edit Room number’ to add the additional room numbers on Softinn PMS.

Step 12 : You may visit the Inventory page directly to check on the changes.

Step 13 : In this example, you shall see the built unit has been updated accordingly in the BE Inventory page.
