How to Exclude Users from Receiving Booking Emails

Hello Softinn Extranet user! You are the top management/ Managing Director of the Hotel. You have the full access to Softinn Extranet. However, you would like to stop receiving booking email because you do not want it to spam your inbox.

In Softinn Extranet, you can change the setting to exclude yourself from receiving booking emails. 🙂

Steps to Exclude User from Receiving Booking Email :


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Go to Softinn Extranet 

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click on ‘Property’ icon’ and select ‘Manage User’. You will be redirected to Softinn Account Portal.

Step 4 : Go to ‘Users’ tab.

Step 5 : Click ‘Manage Role‘.

Step 6 : Click ‘Add New Role

Step 7 : Insert Role name

Step 8 : Choose to Copy From Another Role.

  • You can choose LodgeOwner

Step 9 : Once done, click ‘Save’.

Step 10 : Go to Extranet Access.

Step 11 : Under the Booking Module, untick ‘receive booking email copy’.

Step 12 : Click ‘Save Changes‘.

You will need to assign yourself as Top Management, so you’ll not receive booking email anymore. The rest of the Lodge Owner will still be receiving booking email.

Step 13 : Click “Edit

Step 14 : Change your role as Top Management

Step 15 : Click “Save Changes
