How to Issue Consolidated e-Invoice on Softinn PMS?

Softinn PMS is now integrated with LHDN to help streamline hotel e-invoicing processes.

You are able to issue consolidated e-Invoice through Softinn PMS now!

If you are also using Softinn Booking Engine, you can only issue consolidated e-Invoice from Softinn PMS.

How to Issue Consolidated e-Invoice on Softinn PMS?


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn PMS.

Step 2 : Go to ‘E-Invoice’, then click on ‘Consolidated e-Invoice’.

Step 3 : Click ‘Create Draft’.

Step 4 : Filter the status to be ‘To be Consolidated’, if needed.

Step 5 : Choose the invoices that you want to consolidate.

Step 6 : Click the ‘Save’ icon.

Step 7 : Fill in the remark, if any, and click ‘Save’.

Step 8 : Click ‘Submit’ to submit the consolidated e-Invoice to the LHDN.

**NOTE :  By default, only Lodge Owner will have full access to the e-Invoice Details page. Please reach out to your hotel supervisor to grant you full access, if needed.
