Manage Discounts on Softinn Extranet

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click on “Inventory” to go to the Inventory page

Step 4 : To view the row for discount, click on the filter and tick “Discount” checkbox.

Step 5 : Click on the “Quick Update” button or just click on the “Green Lightning” icon next to the “Discount” for the rates plan of selected room type.

Step 6 : Make sure that the setting is set to “Discount”

Step 7 : Insert the discount amount either flat rate or percentage and select the date range.

Step 8 : Select “Apply to all days within range” option

Step 9 : On the Room & Rate Plan section, make sure it is “Selected Room Type – Corresponding Rates Plan“.

Step 10 : Once done, click on the “Update” button to save the changes.

You shall see the changes reflected on the Inventory page.

How to Remove Discount for Your Room?

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the right property

Step 3 : Click on “Inventory” to go to the Inventory page

Step 4 : To view the row for discount, click on the filter and tick “Discount” checkbox.

Step 5 : Click on the “Quick Update” button or just click on the “Green Lightning” icon next to the “Discount” for the rates plan of selected room type.

Step 6 : On the discount amount, update the discount to 0% and select the date range

Step 7 : Select “Apply to all days within range” option

Step 8 : On the Room & Rate Plan section, make sure it is “Selected Room Type – Corresponding Rates Plan“.

You shall see the changes reflected on the Inventory page. The Selling Price now is the same as the room rates.
