The request for an E-Invoice is only available for bookings that have been completed (checked-out) on and/or after the effective E-Invoice implementation date of the hotel that you booked, following the hotel’s e-invoice implementation phases as required. You may request an e-invoice upon check-out from the web or mobile.
We strongly suggest Hotel Guests to always request an e-invoice, within 1-3 days from the check-out date, to prevent unnecessary congestion to the system.

How to Request for e-Invoice?
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Go to your email inbox and look for the booking confirmation email you received after booking your stay at the hotel.
Step 2 : On the booking confirmation email, scroll down to the bottom and look for the link ‘Request Receipt / Tax Invoice‘
Step 3 : Click to request for receipt / Tax Invoice.
Step 4 : Find a QR code at the bottom of the receipt. Scan the QR code if you want to request for e-Invoice.
Step 5 : Check and fill in the required information for e-invoice.
Step 6 : Click on ‘Submit’.
**NOTE : You are allowed to request e-Invoice until the last day of the month you checked out from the hotel. After that, you will not be able to request e-Invoice. However, normal e-receipts or invoices are still available. Bookings that have been cancelled or refunded will not be eligible to request for an e-Invoice.
