How to Request for e-Invoice?

The request for an E-Invoice is only available for bookings that have been completed (checked-out) on and/or after the effective E-Invoice implementation date of the hotel that you booked, following the hotel’s e-invoice implementation phases as required. You may request an e-invoice upon check-out from the web or mobile.

We strongly suggest Hotel Guests to always request an e-invoice, within 1-3 days from the check-out date, to prevent unnecessary congestion to the system.

How to Request for e-Invoice?


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Upon check-out from the hotel, you may request the front desk officer to issue you a normal invoice.

Step 2 : Scan the QR code at the bottom of the invoice if you want to request for e-Invoice.

Step 3 : Check and fill out the required information for e-invoice.

Step 4 : Click on ‘Submit’.

**NOTE :  You are allowed to request e-Invoice until the last day of the month you checked out from the hotel. After that, you will not be able to request e-Invoice. However, normal e-receipts or invoices are still available. Bookings that have been cancelled or refunded will not be eligible to request for an e-Invoice.
