Steps to Set Up the Rate Plan in Softinn Extranet:

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1: Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click on the “Setup” and then “Rate Plan” to go to the Rate Plans page.

Step 4 : You shall see the “Best Available Rate” (BAR) on the page, click on the “Map Room Type” button to do the room mapping.

Step 5 : If your Homestay, has more than 1 room type, you can click on the “Bulk Mapping” button to map multiple room types at once.

Step 6 : Select the Room Types that you want to map to the rate plan. The system will auto fill in the mapping code and description for you. You may change them following your format and preference.

Step 7 : Set the Base Rate or price for this rate plan of this room type

Step 8 : Once done, click on the “Map Room Type” button.

Step 9 : Proceed to check the room type mapped. Once confirmed, you could activate the room type mapping. Then, you could activate the rate plan once it’s ready for your guest to book.
