You have already logged in to CMS and now you are ready to explore CMS! But first, do you know what is shown on your CMS Dashboard? CMS Dashboard displays to you in one single view the information important for your hotel website performance.
You can also view your Hotel Details on Softinn CMS.

PART 1 : What’s on Your Softinn CMS Dashboard
After login to Softinn CMS, choose the right property and CMS Dashboard will be the home page for your CMS.
There are 5 sections displayed on your CMS Dashboard.
SECTION 1: Latest Changes
- ‘Latest Changes‘ is the first section. It shows the sections that you have edited recently. Select a section to view the last four edited items.
SECTION 2: Knowledge Base
- This section provides quick links to Softinn Knowledge Base related to Softinn CMS and Softinn Blogs.
SECTION 3: View Website
- This section provides a quick link to your hotel website.
SECTION 4: Quick Links
- This section shows a few quick links to a few popular pages on Softinn CMS, such as Blog Posts, Packages & Offers, Popup Box and Photo Gallery.
SECTION 5: Performance Overview
- This section is divided into three sub-sections:
- Sessions:
This section shows the number of times your website was visited. Select a date range and click “Change” to see the sessions on different days. - Users:
This section shows the number of users who visited your website. Select date range and click “Change” to compare the number of users between different dates. - Source & Medium Table:
This section allows you to trace where your visitors come from. Select the date range and click “Change”. For example, from 1st Oct 2020 to 7th Oct 2020, there are 9 sessions from 4 users from “Direct” source/medium.
- Sessions:
With these info, you could easily track your website performance on a real-time basis. You also could plan for a suitable time to do a promotion on your Hotel website.
PART 2 : What’s on Your CMS Hotel Page
Step 1 : On the left panel, click ‘Hotel‘ to view the dropdown.
There are 4 sections for hotel.
SECTION 1: Overview
- On the Overview page, you are able to edit hotel information such as hotel appellation, hotel description and contact details.
SECTION 2: Hotel Policies
- On Policy page, you are able to view the hotel policies. To edit the hotel policies, you can send email to booking@mysoftinn.com.
SECTION 3: Privacy Policy
- On Privacy Policy page, you are able to view and edit the hotel privacy policy.
SECTION 3: Analytic Info
- On this page, you can view and edit your hotel website domain and Facebook URL.
- You can also add your Google Analytics (GA) Tracking ID, GA View ID, GTM ID and Merchant GA Tracking ID.
Step 2: Once you have done updating the changes on each page, click ‘Save‘.
Step 3: To publish the changes to the hotel website, click ‘Publish‘ button on the bottom left of the page.
Go to your hotel website and double-check the information that has been updated to your website accordingly.
Notes:
- Google Analytics is a web analytics service which it can tracks and report your Hotel website traffic.
