Where to Set Max Guest Setting for your Booking Engine in Softinn Extranet :

Step 1 : Log in to Softinn Extranet.

Step 2 : Choose the right property.

Step 3 : Go to “Booking Engine” and select “Customize“.

Step 4 : You can click on the “Customize Booking Engine” button.

Step 5 : Then, click on the “Edit” button for “Max Guest Settings“.

Step 6 : Here, you will be able to set your Max Guest Setting.

Step 7 : Go to the Max Guest setting, you may either choose to limit the number of guests or not.

Note:

1. If “Yes” is chosen, the guest cannot book the selected room if the total number of guests exceeds the allowed number of the selected room type.
2. If “No” is chosen, the guest can book the room even if the total number of guests exceeds the allowed number of the selected room type. However, the total number of guests is still limited to a maximum of 30% more than the maximum number of guests set in Softinn Extranet.

Step 8 : Then, click on the “Save” button.
