As a Hotel Manager / Supervisor, you might want to monitor your staff activities on Softinn Extranet .

In Softinn Extranet , you could generate Activity Log Report and view “Who-Did-What-at-When” for the changes of Booking Payment Collection Mode and Booking Activity Log.

Steps to View Activity Log Report on Softinn Extranet :

Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click “More“

Step 4 : Click “Activity Log“

You may select a date range in the date box
You may select the Activity Log Type that you prefer from the dropdown menu
You could view the date, time, user email address and changes happen to a reservation in Activity Log
The RV code is clickable. You click on the code and it will bring you to the booking details of the respective booking
You could click “i” icon to further understand the details of an Activity Log
