This setting is only available for Softinn’s subscribers who choose ‘Collect by You’ or ‘Collect by You (using payment gateway)‘ ONLY.
Your Hotel would like to use your own Hotel’s privacy policy on your Hotel booking engine.
In Softinn Extranet, you can customize the privacy policy for your booking engine :
Steps to Customize Hotel’s Privacy Policy on Softinn Extranet :
Follow the guidelines below:
Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet
Step 2 : Select the correct property
Step 3 : Go to ‘Other Setup’.
Step 4 : Search for ‘Customize Booking Engine‘
Step 5 : Click ‘Edit’ button for Privacy Policy setting. By default, it will be set to Softinn’s privacy policy. However, you may change it to your own privacy policy.
Step 6 : To enable it, make sure you set to ‘Custom’.
Step 7 : Then, you can paste your hotel’s privacy policy URL.
Step 8 : Once done, click ‘Save’.
Notes : On your hotel booking engine, click on the privacy policy to view the changes made. You will be redirected to your hotel’s privacy policy page.
