Steps to Remove Stop Sell for Hotel to Receive Bookings:


Follow the guidelines below:

Step 1 : Login to Softinn Extranet

Step 2 : Select the correct property

Step 3 : Click on “Inventory” to go to the Inventory page.

Step 4 : Click on the “Quick Update” button.

Step 5 : Make sure that the setting is set to “Stop Sell

Step 6 :  Select “Off” option to remove stop sell and choose the specific date.

Step 7 : Select “Apply to all days within range” option.

Step 8 : On the “Room & Rate Plan” section, make sure it is the correct room types and also applicable to all the rate plans for the room types.

Step 9 : Once done, click on the “Update” button to save the changes

You shall see the changes reflected on the Inventory page.

The selected date will no longer in Red color when the Stop sell feature has been removed.
